This phone is still brand new in my hands, but however comparing it to my previous phones and the last one that I am still owning, it is very fast. When ever gooling first information, I don't get board waiting for it searching... it just retrieve quickly answers for me..... Thanks to the SAMSUNG team for coming up with this version GALAXY A16.

Good service, but i have a question about the last fee you asked us to pay after 12 months. My question is if i don't pay that fee and return the phone back to you, will you return my money or I'll lose both the money and the phone. Because honestly for 12 months of paying you keep on asking for another fee, isnt that daylight robbery.

FoneYam is the best, my phone was stolen when my house was broken into on 31 Oct 2025, I went to claim at ackermans and I followed all their instructions, on the 12th of November I got an sms saying I can go and take a new phone. Amazing service, thank you so much!! I'm paying for the last time this month and I hope to come back again for an upgrade🤭
